Zoning Board of Adjustment

Introduction

Established in 2023, the Zoning Board of Adjustment is an autonomous board that hears appeals to rulings made by the Planning and Zoning Commission and decides special exemptions to the zoning ordinances.

The City Council appoints the board's five members alongside three alternates who serve staggered two-year terms.
