Use this form to request non-emergency services from the Taylor Fire Department, including fire inspections, standby services, public education visits, or other assistance. This form is not for emergencies—if you have an emergency, call 911 immediately. Please provide as much detail as possible so our team can review and respond to your request promptly.

As a result, personnel may arrive late, need to leave early, or be required to cancel a visit with little or no notice. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as our primary responsibility is the protection of life and property.
